The tri-extruded composite stair tread is designed to couple long lasting durability with a desirable, high-end finish. The core material is a HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) wood-plastic composite. This proven (in the market for 15+ years) formula/technology provides strength, low thermal expansion/contraction, and low moisture absorption. Additionally, it will not crack, rot and is termite resistant. The cap material is a highly-proprietary formula that delivers scratch, stain, and fade resistance. Due to the chemistry of the cap material, cleaning is very easy as well. Furthermore, the stair tread has an integrated, ADA-compliant nosing. This is the first of its kind in the market.

Bee-Lee Composite Stairs were developed out of the desire to offer the Multi-Family Industry another option to Steel and Concrete Stair Systems. We believe that as more and more people choose to make a Multi-Family setting their home this space should have more options. So much thought, design and upgrades have been added to make Multi-Family a desirable option, but little has been done to the area that leads us to our front door (the Stairs). At Bee-Lee we believe owners, architects, contractors, builders and tenants deserve another option, a better option.
